GLBC Preschool makes safety and education a priority for every child of every age. We have a trained and caring staff ready to prioritize your child's education and their introduction to Christ. We are a state licensed Christian preschool and ministry of Garden Lakes Baptist Church.
Providing Quality Education since 1990
We started in the 1990's as a half day preschool program. In 2005 we became licensed and regulated by Bright from the Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. The center is regularly inspected by this agency to monitor compliance with government rules and regulations and to ensure we adhere to the highest standards, including continuing education of our staff throughout the year. Children in our care are valued for their sense of wonder, their need to explore, and their natural desire to learn. We value the support our families provide their children, for the partnerships they build with our staff, and for their willingness to entrust their children into our care.
Meet Our Director
Stephanie Mears has been the Director of GLBP since August of 2011. She works tirelessly for her students and is well loved by parents, employees and children. Stephanie lives in Rockmart with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and being active in her church.
